We are a small business! Each Riata is lovingly made by hand upon ordering, and no two are exactly alike. We do our best to provide the highest quality, most beautiful, and most sun protective products on the market.

Orders ship within 4-7 business days to the US and Canada. If you are located outside of these areas, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

If you aren’t happy with your order for any reason or would like to exchange your order for a different size, please contact us via email within 7 days of receipt. We will accept returns and exchanges as long as the item is returned in new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping handling and fees. Returns will be issued a full refund less the original shipping cost. Exchanges will be remade within 4-7 business days.
